Dan Carmody has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 2003. He started in Commercial Real Estate and transitioned into Residential Real Estate when he teamed up with his brother Marty in 2005. During that time the team has sold over 100 million dollars of real estate in the area. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Dan worked for over a decade as an Environmental Consultant primarily in Orlando and Tampa, however his job required extensive travel throughout Florida and the Southeast.
Growing up in Martin County, it was an easy decision to move back to Martin County to start a new career and raise his family. The Carmody Family has a 40 plus year history in Martin County making the transition back to the area feel seamless.
